Who is responsible for your information

Ghislain Bill Teka Ngomeni, of Teka Compta, is responsible for the protection of personal information. For any question or request, write to ghislainteka@tekacompta.com or call 514 918-9394.

The information I collect

Only what you enter in the forms: your name, your email, your phone number (optional) and, for the quote request, details about your situation (client type, desired services, deadline, description).

If you use the chat assistant (the bubble in the bottom right), the text you type there is sent to Google (Gemini API) to generate a reply; nothing is kept on the site once the page is closed.

I never ask for a social insurance number, banking details, or documents through these forms or the assistant.

Why I use it

To respond to your message or prepare your quote. It is never used for advertising or resale, and is not shared with third parties other than the technical services listed below.

How it flows

The site has no database: your form is sent to me by email, then kept in the business's email inbox. Exchanges with the site are encrypted.

The technical services used

Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-robot verification), Resend (sending of form emails), Upstash (limiting the number of submissions per IP address), Vercel (site hosting), Google Gemini (chat assistant), Cal.com (appointment booking, when enabled), and Google Maps (map on the About page). Some of these services may process data outside Quebec, including in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

As of today, this site uses neither advertising cookies nor visit-analytics tools. The map embedded on the About page is provided by Google, which then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies: you can avoid this by not opening that page or by blocking third-party cookies.
